The Narragansett Pier Historic Walking Tours is an online guide book to the Pier, once a great seaside resort comparable to -- and the arch rival of -- Newport. Like all guide books, ours offers views of both present and past. We display many before-and-after photographs of the “cottages” erected by wealthy residents from roughly 1870 to 1920, along with images of and information about of the long-gone grand hotels and other structures.

If you find errors in the Walking Tours or have information or pictures you think would be appropriate please let us know. Email us at info@southcountymuseum.org/ or write us at 115 Strathmore Street, Narragansett RI 02882.
